Advantage xPO is Hiring a Forklift Operator Night Shift Near Baldwinsville, NY
The Powered Truck Operator (PTO) is responsible for receiving, shipping, material handling, and order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a multi-shift, multi-site warehouse operation.Shift is 6 pm to 6 am, continental shift rotation.
Safely operate all powered industrial trucks (PITs) in accordance with PaperWorks' rules and regulations.
Handle raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods with precision and efficiency using forklifts, reach trucks, and double reach trucks.
Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on PITs to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production and shipping goals.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification and minimum of 6 - 12 months' accident-free experienc
- Ability to read and interpret information, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
